Services and quotations

Quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days. Services are delivered according to the written specification agreed with the client.

Client responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely access to the premises at the agreed hours.
• Disclose any site-specific hazards or access restrictions in advance.
• Ensure utilities required for cleaning are available on site.

Pricing and payment

Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the contract.

Liability

We maintain professional and public liability insurance. Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the service visit so that they can be investigated fairly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, with jurisdiction in Bucharest, Romania.
